The deposit is 50% of the total amount due at time of reservation. The remainder is due 30 days before your arrival. We accept all major credit cards.

The cleaning fee is to cover the expenses of the professional cleaners, professionally laundered linens and towels. We want to make sure your apartment is impeccably cleaned.

The cancellation fee is $150.00 if the cancellation is made 30 days before arrival. For cancellations made afterwards 50% of the deposit is forfeited.

Yes, there is a refundable security deposit of $300.00.

Check in is after 3p and Checkout is at noon. There is a $50 late check in fee for check ins after 9p.

Please read the amenities for each apartment. All apartments are equipped with wifi, clean linen, towels, TV, cooking utensils, A/C, heat, etc. You can expect to find in the apartment what you will find in a regular apartment. The idea is to live in NYC as if you are a local.
